DIGEST:  The U.S. Air Force and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) found that the member submitted false information in order to obtain dependent rate basic allowance for housing (BAH) payments during the period January 31, 2013, through August 31, 2017.  The record evidence supports this finding.  Therefore, our Office will not disturb any resulting recoupment action taken against the member by DFAS.
