DIGEST: Applicant used marijuana, LSD, and hallucinogenic mushrooms in college. He also used Adderall that was not prescribed for him. While he is not likely to use any illegal hallucinogenic drugs or Adderall in the future, he continued to use marijuana after college to as recently as February 2020. Drug involvement and substance misuse security concerns are not adequately mitigated. Clearance is denied.
