DIGEST: Applicant’s last alcohol-related incident was in February 2017. Since then, she has established a pattern of modified, responsible alcohol consumption. Applicant has a close romantic relationship with an Indian citizen living in the United States. On balance, because of her service and deep and longstanding relationships and loyalties in and to the United States, she can be expected to resolve any conflict of interest in favor of the U.S. interest. Foreign influence (Guideline B) and alcohol consumption (Guideline G) security concerns are mitigated. Eligibility for access to classified information is granted.
